Please note that on Thursday, September 26th, girls 12-17 who are registered, are encouraged to attend the Woman Evolve conference with their accompanying guardian for a dynamic and enriching experience. (Specifics on seating haven’t been confirmed yet.)

Children 0-5 are welcome to attend the Woman Evolve 24 Conference but will be “lap sitting” and aren’t given a seat.

Unfortunately, no tickets will be sold at the door.

There will be a badge/credential replacement fee of $250.

Please note that on-site registration is not available. Check-in and credential pick-up will be available starting Wednesday, September 25th, during Wednesday Night Bible Study at The Potter’s House Dallas. To save time and expedite the process, we strongly encourage you to pre-register your child at Kidcheck.com.

This year, we're excited to offer an expanded range of merchandise options, engaging hands-on activities to captivate the girls, personal development exercises, and a more tailored food selection. While these amenities come at an additional cost, we're mindful of the importance of minimizing waste and respecting individual preferences. We understand that not everyone may require certain options, but please note that no outside food or drink will be allowed into the Girl Evolve space. Furthermore, we recognize that some guardians may prefer to pick up their girls during lunchtime and enjoy a meal together offsite.

Anticipate an array of engaging activities including hands-on crafts, interactive breakout sessions, educational learning academies, therapeutic coping tools, invigorating health and wellness exercises, personal development mentoring, and faith-strengthening programming.

For Girl Evolve, the optimal parking areas are lots M and N, located on the north side of the Lowes Hotel. This arrangement is convenient as it allows easy access to the main entrance, ensuring a smooth transition for attendees exiting Woman Evolve who wish to pick up their girls.

Yes, ONLY ages 12 – 17 will be permitted to enter. Currently, we are making exceptions for 11-year-olds turning 12 in the month of September. (Proof of age needed)

This year, we're introducing a new approach to activities, tailoring them to better suit the maturity levels of our participants. As such, girls will be divided into two groups: ages 12-14 and 15-17.

Please note: Due to the liabilities associated with storing medication, we will not offer to hold or store medicine. 

*We should notify parents/guardians of the Girl Evolve attendees who have prescriptions that the parent is responsible for keeping/storing. If their child has prescribed medication, the parent will need to come to a Kid Check Station and check out their child from Girl Evolve. They can check them back in after their treatment. We will have EMS on-site in Girl Evolve for medical emergencies, but we cannot be responsible for administering medication or storing it.

You can transfer the ticket cost to another ticket level. *Full refunds for these tickets will be on a case by case basis.
